We took a taxi to the Bugis shopping mall (kind of a flea market) and we were greatly disappointed.
We decided to walk the 3 miles back to our hotel along Orchard Road, during which time Debbie stopped at many of her favorite stores. Her professional opinion was that there were definitely no bargains to be had! I did a happy dance all the way back to our hotel! 🤣
I did stop for a coconut ice cream sandwich.
