Cruise Day #6 - Panama Canal

We’ve made it to the Canal! This was our view from the stateroom when we woke up—we were already in the canal!

It is very overcast with light showers. It is also a bit breezy, which will help with the humidity. We are in our 'happy place' and just entering Gatun Lake.

It is 12:30 p.m. ship's time, and we are about halfway through the Canal. Luckily, there has been no rain since early this morning.

It's 3 p.m. ship's time, and we have made it to the western set of locks. We'll be in the Pacific Ocean soon.
