Cruise Day #14 - At Sea

At Sea – Final Day Reflections

Today is our final day at sea as we sail back to Fort Lauderdale for disembarkation tomorrow morning. Last night, we moved our clocks forward one last time to return to Eastern Standard Time. These time changes are tough on passengers—but they’re even harder on the crew. One of our servers in the Crown Grill was late this morning after accidentally sleeping through her alarm!

This morning, we had the privilege of visiting the ship’s bridge with the Captain and his First Officer. While we've done this a few times before, it was extra special to experience it with our granddaughter.

She was so impressed—and thrilled when they let her be “Officer of the Watch” for a little while!
Captain Mario Ciruzzi is one of the kindest and most personable captains we've ever sailed with.

After lunch in the dining room, it will be time to start packing—our least favorite task, as it signals that this wonderful voyage is coming to an end.

We had a beautiful flower arrangement waiting for us at dinner tonight. Oana, Thank You! ❤️
The Lobster Thermador was outstanding tonight!
