Cádiz is a maze of small, narrow pedestrian-only streets filled with shops, cafés, and restaurants.
On our second visit, we made the trek to Sevilla—a 90-minute trip each way. So today, we decided once again to stay local and explore on foot.
It was a bit cool and windy, with rain threatening all day. Debbie did her best to shop, but nothing really caught her eye. We eventually found an interesting little restaurant called Red Tuna, tucked behind the central market, and decided to give it a try. The food was excellent and reasonably priced. We shared a paprika and chopped tuna mousse served with baked bread,
By the end of the meal, we were stuffed! To walk it off, we wandered through the city for another couple of miles, and by the time we made it back to the ship, we had logged 5.8 miles for the day.
We made it back to the ship just in time! Not long after we boarded, a huge thunderstorm rolled in with booming thunder and a heavy downpour. We were very glad to stay dry!
