Well, this trip is in the history books! Our morning view as we docked in San Pedro.
We had an interesting development when we woke up, no water in our cabin! I called Guest Services and was told that it was a ship-wide problem. So, we brushed our teeth with bottled water, luckily, we still had some.
Apparently the water turned off at 5:20 am and it was back on at 7:20. We went to the dining room right after the water came back on. No Cappuccinos! Their machines were just heating up, so Debbie had warm brewed coffee and we had our last meal onboard.
The crew was a bit bewildered as they also had to get ready for work with just bottled water. They are true professionals as that did not affect their friendliness or level of service. They are fantastic and hard working folks!
Disembarkation was a breeze and we were home by 9:30. We had a great time and I hope you enjoyed following along! We will be leaving again in two weeks for the Majestic Princess, 51-day, LA to Ft Lauderdale voyage, around South America.
We met 2 separate families that will also be on this cruise with us. One family is traveling with their teenage son & daughter and the other with their teenage son. They do not know each other and are really nice. We look forward to getting to know them better.
I'll be blogging on that voyage, so we'll be back soon!
